参麦注射液对晚期化疗非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能及毒副反应的影响

Effects of Shenmai injection on immune function and toxic side effects of advanced chemotherapy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer

摘要 目的分析对晚期化疗非小细胞肺癌患者应用参麦注射液对免疫功能及毒副反应的影响。方法选取2022年3月-2023年11月期间长沙市第一人民医院收治的晚期化疗非小细胞肺癌患者74例,因具体落实的治疗方案不同,将其划分为两组,参照组37例应用GP化疗方法,治疗组37例在GP化疗基础上应用参麦注射液,判定不同治疗方案效果。结果两组干预前免疫功能指标对比,无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,治疗组免疫功能指标高于参照组(P<0.05)。两组毒副反应比较,治疗组发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。两组干预前KPS评分对比,无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,治疗组KPS评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。两组干预前血项指标对比,无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,治疗组血项指标高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论晚期化疗非小细胞肺癌患者在化疗治疗基础上开展参麦注射液能够增强患者免疫功能,改善血项指标,还能够降低毒副反应,提高生活质量,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the effects of Shenmai injection on immune function and toxicity in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated with chemotherapy.Methods From March 2022 to November 2023,74 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer receiving chemotherapy in Changsha First People's Hospital were selected and divided into two groups due to different treatment plans.37 patients in the reference group received GP chemotherapy and 37 patients in the treatment group received Shenmai injection on the basis of GP chemotherapy to determine the effects of different treatment plans.Results There was no difference in immune function index between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the immune function index of the treatment group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of toxic and side effects in the treatment group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no difference in KPS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the KPS score of the treatment group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).There was no difference in blood indexes between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,blood indexes in the treatment group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection on the basis of chemotherapy can enhance the immune function of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,improve blood indexes,reduce toxic and side effects,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
