基于数据挖掘的《中国药典》厚朴相关成方制剂用药规律分析

Analysis of the Prescription and Medication Rules of Formulations Containing Magnolia Officinalis in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia Based on Data Mining

摘要 目的探究2020年版中国药典中含厚朴成方制剂的组方用药规律,为现代临床科学使用厚朴、种植厚朴及相关新方剂研发提供参考。方法收集2020年版中国药典中所有含厚朴的成方制剂并建立数据库,运用Excel(2019版)、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0、Cytoscape 3.9.1等软件对成方制剂的剂型、用药频数、性味归经、主治证候等进行统计,并对高频证候组方进行配伍分析。结果筛选出含厚朴的成方制剂57首,涉及药材222味,累计出现频数926次;剂型以丸剂为主;使用频数排前的中药依次为厚朴、陈皮、木香、甘草;药物类别以理气、化湿、补虚、解表、活血化瘀居多,性味以温、寒、平、辛、苦、甘为主,归脾经、胃经、肺经的药物居多;且厚朴与陈皮、甘草、木香等具有密切配伍关联;对高频证候采用关联规则分析,显示厚朴在不同证候和配伍中可发挥不同功效。结论数据挖掘方法展示了含厚朴成方制剂组方的用药规律,为厚朴的临床合理应用、种植及后续开发新的成方制剂提供参考。 OBJECTIVE To explore the prescription and medication rules of formulations containing Magnolia officinalis in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2020 edition,andto provide reference for the modern clinical scientific use of Magnolia officinalis,planting Magnolia officinalis and related new prescription research and development.METHODS All formulated preparations containing Magnolia officinalis in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2020 edition had been collected and a database had been established.Using software such as Excel(2019 version),IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,and Cytoscape 3.9.1,statistical analysis was conducted on the dosage form,frequency of medication,nature,taste,meridian tropism,and indications of the prepared formula.Compatibility analysis was also conducted on high⁃frequency syndrome combinations.RESULTS 57 prescription formulations containing Magnolia officinalis were screened,involving 222 medicinal herbs,with a cumulative frequency of 926 occurrences.The dosage form was mainly pills.The most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine was Magnolia officinalis,Citrus reticulata Blanco,Radix Aucklandiae,and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.The main types of drugs were regulating qi,resolving dampness,tonifying deficiency,relieving external symptoms,and clearing heat.The main properties and flavors were warm,cold,calm,spicy,bitter,and sweet.The drugs that regulate the spleen,stomach,and lung meridians were the majority.And there was a close compatibility relationship between Magnolia officinalis and Citrus reticulata Blanco,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,and Radix Aucklandiae.Using association rule analysis for high⁃frequency syndromes,it was found that Magnolia officinalis could exert different effects in different syndromes and combinations.CONCLUSION The data mining method showcases the medication patterns of Magnolia officinalis prescription formulations,providing reference for the rational clinical application of Magnolia officinalis and the subsequent development of new prescription formulations.
