摘要
介绍了某1000万t/a旋回破碎机工艺系统及智能控制系统,探讨了系统设计的基本思路和具体实施方法。工业应用表明,采用智能控制系统,很好地解决了旋回破碎机工艺系统排矿口的在线调节问题,实现了衬板磨损在线检测及设备参数的优化控制,能够减轻工人的劳动强度,降低工艺系统的停机频率,提高砂石骨料企业的自动化水平,具有很好的参考价值。
The process system and the intelligent control system of a 10 million t/a gyratory crusher were introduced,and the design ideas and specific implementation methods of the system were discussed.Then,the industrial application showed that the intelligent control system could solve the problem of on-line adjustment of the discharge port of the gyratory crusher process system,realize the on-line detection of liner wear and the optimal control of equipment parameters,as well as,reduce the labor intensity of workers,reduce the shutdown frequency of the process system,and improve the automation level of sand and gravel aggregate enterprises,which had a good referencevalue.
