摘要
针对某大型铅锌矿采用的JJF-24型机械搅拌式浮选机开展清水动力学试验,研究了叶轮转速、浸没深度和进气调节盖开度对吸气量、空气分散度和功耗3个关键动力学参数的影响规律。研究结果表明,吸气量随叶轮浸没深度的减小而增大,随转速的增大而增大。空气分散度随叶轮浸没深度的减小先增大后减小,在叶轮浸没深度较大时,随叶轮转速的增大,空气分散度降低;而当叶轮浸没深度较小时,恰好相反。功耗随叶轮浸没深度的减小先减小后增大,随叶轮转速的增大而增大。进气调节盖开度达到一半后,其对吸气量、空气分散度及功耗几乎没有影响,仅当进气调节盖全关时,吸气量有显著的下降。
A clear water kinetics experiment was conducted on the JJF-24 mechanical stirring flotation machine used in a large lead-zinc mine.The influence of impeller speed,immersion depth and air intake regulating cover opening on the three key kinetics parameters of suction volume,air dispersion and power consumption were studied.The results showed that the suction volume increased with the decrease of the immersion depth of the impeller and increased with the increase of the rotational speed.In addition,the air dispersion increased first and then decreased with the decrease of the immersion depth of the impeller.When the immersion depth of the impeller was large,the air dispersion decreased with the increase of the impeller speed.When the immersion depth of the impeller was small,the opposite was true.The power consumption decreased first and then increased with the decrease of the immersion depth of the impeller,and increased with the increase of the impeller speed.When the opening of the air intake regulating cover reached half,it had almost no influence on the suction volume,air dispersion and power consumption.Only when the air intake regulating cover was fully closed,the suction volume decreased significantly.
