Lewis酸催化环氧环己烷与聚醚胺反应研究

Study on Lewis acid catalyzed reaction of epoxy cyclohexane with polyether amine

摘要 研究了环氧环己烷与聚醚胺的反应条件。结果表明,使用多种Lewis酸均可以有效催化环氧环己烷与聚醚胺的反应,其中以三氟化硼乙醚具有最高的催化效率,且其催化产物具有最佳的综合性能,相应较优的反应温度为125℃,反应时间为12~15h,用量为环氧环己烷物质的量的0.3%。通过测试样品凝胶时间确认了反应产物为仲胺型改性聚醚胺,且聚醚胺的反应活性随着其分子量的增加而下降。 Studies showed various Lewis acids can effectively catalyze the reaction of epoxy cyclohexane and polyether amine.Among them,boron trifluoride ether had the highest catalytic efficiency,and the product obtained the best comprehensive performance.The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows:temperature of 125℃,reaction time of 12~15h,and catalyst dosage of 0.3%of the molar amount of epoxy cyclohexane.The product was confirmed to be secondary amine modified polyether amine by testing the gel time,and the reactivity of polyether amine decreases with the increase of its molecular weight.
