固体甲醛的聚合度对α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯合成工艺的影响

Influence of the degree of polymerization of solid formaldehyde on the synthesis process of ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate

摘要 研究固体甲醛不同聚合度下的解聚时间,以及不同聚合度的固体甲醛对合成α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯收率的影响。通过研究发现,聚合度越大,在同一条件下的解聚时间越长,合成α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯的收率呈现降低的趋势。针对聚合度较高的固体甲醛,研究了在α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯生产体系中提高其反应活性的方法,影响其活性的关键因素为水和缩合(解聚)温度。 The depolymerization time of solid formaldehyde at different degrees of polymerization,as well as the effect of solid formaldehyde with different degrees of polymerization on the yield of synthesized ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate were studied.It was found that the higher the degree of polymerization,the longer the depolymerization time under the same conditions,leading to the synthesis of the yield of ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate showed a decreasing trend.Methods for improving the reactivity of solid formaldehyde with high polymerization degree in the ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate production system were studied,and the key factors affecting its activity were found to be water and condensation(depolymerization)temperature.
