“强基计划”主要选拔培养有志于服务国家重大战略需求且综合素质优秀或基础学科拔尖的学生。培养好强基计划学生是为党育人、为国育才的充分体现和使命担当。针对强基班学生的不同特点,构建以学生成长为中心,以产出为导向的“新农科”强基类专业学生成长档案,有利于引导强基学生自我管理、自我教育和自我服务。基于强基类专业学生成长档案,通过调研相关措施的效度来形成评价的指标体系,从而构建德智体美劳全面发展为核心的人才评价体系。通过体系构建,为做好分类评价、奖学金评定、学生生涯规划等提供较好的研究基础,助力学生“五育并举”,为开展系统人才评价、创新人才培养提供良好的理论探索和实践借鉴。
