摘要
文物有着丰富的知识资源和独特的服务优势,面对公众日益多样化、个性化、专业化与综合化的知识需求,建立能够高效支持知识体系应用的创新型服务是博物馆的必由选择,相应的服务方式也需在以技术为支撑的基础上进行迭代演进。其中,“效能评价”对建设文物知识体系有着明显的导向性作用,可以帮助博物馆以评价促建设,持续推进其社会服务能力的提升。因此,为更好地发挥博物馆的知识服务功能,构建有效的知识服务效能评价模型至关重要。
At museums, objects can provide rich knowledge resources and therefore have unique advantages inknowledge sharing service. Establishing innovative services that can support the application of knowledgesystems is a sure path for museums to deal with increasingly diverse, personalized and comprehensiveneeds of the public. The ways of service also need to update correspondingly with technical support.Performance evaluation plays a guiding role in building a knowledge system of objects, which caneffectively promote the enhancement of museums' social service capacity. Therefore, in order to betterutilize the knowledge service function of museums, it is crucial to construct an effective evaluation model.
