新发展格局下区域农业科技创新能力提升研究——以山东省菏泽市为例

Research on the Improvement of Agricultural Science and Technology InnovationCapability under the New Development Pattern:Taking Heze City as an Example

农业科技创新能力是构建新发展格局的“新引擎”。以菏泽市为例构建农业科技创新能力评价指标体系,应用熵值法对2016-2020年的菏泽市相关数据进行实证分析,发现菏泽市农业科技创新能力逐年提升,新技术应用范围不断扩大,逐年提升了农业产业效益。为加速新发展格局的构建,从农业科技创新能力提升视角,提出菏泽市应坚持绿色发展理念,加大农业科研投入力度,加快农业创新技术推广,提高创新成果转化率,在深耕国内市场的基础上积极开拓海外市场。

Agricultural science and technology innovation capacity is the"new engine"to build a new development pattern.Taking Heze City as an example,we constructed the evaluation index system of agricultural science and technology innovation capacity,applied the entropy value method to empirically analyze the relevant data of Heze City from 2016 to 2020,and found that the agricultural science and technology innovation capacity of Heze City has been improved year by year,and the scope of the application of new technology has been expanding,which has improved the efficiency of the agricultural industry year by year.In order to accelerate the construction of the new development pattern,from the perspective of improving agricultural science and technology innovation ability,it is proposed that Heze City should adhere to the concept of green development,increase the investment in agricultural research,accelerate the promotion of agricultural innovation technology,improve the transformation rate of innovation achievements,and actively explore overseas markets on the basis of deepening the domestic market.
