摘要
为了降低迈步式自移机尾缓冲段轨道焊缝残余应力,采用SolidWorks建立了缓冲段轨道的三维模型,基于Ansys workbench软件,使用moving heat中的高斯热源模型,设计了4种焊接方案,模拟了缓冲段轨道的焊接过程,研究了焊缝位置排布与焊接顺序对缓冲段轨道焊缝残余应力的影响。当焊缝平行且对称排布,焊接顺序为A—C—B—D时,焊缝整体残余应力最小。该研究结果可为迈步式自移机尾缓冲段轨道焊接工艺及后续多维振动时效工艺的优化提供理论指导。
In order to reduce the residual stress of the buffer track of the walking auto-moving retarn end,a three-dimensional model of the buffer track was established with Solidworks.Four welding schemes were designed based on Ansys workbench software and Gaussian heat source model in moving heat to simulate the welding process of the buffer track.The effect of position arrangement and welding sequence of the welding lines on the residual stress of the buffer track is studied.When the welding lines are parallel and symmetrical and the welding sequence is A-C-B-D,the overall residual stress of the welding lines is minimum,which provides theoretical guidance for the optimization of the buffer track welding process of walking auto-moving retarn end and subsequent multidimensional vibration aging process.
