网格类型对螺旋输送小米颗粒接触力的影响

摘要 为研究螺旋输送机性能及其变化规律,基于颗粒接触理论,采用EDEM离散元软件,建立了具有分料装置的螺旋输送模型,针对小米颗粒进行了不同的螺杆输送数值仿真,计算得到了不同网格类型下的颗粒接触力对比。分析得到,网格的细化影响颗粒与螺旋体以及颗粒与外壳内壁之间的平均接触力分布,随着转速的提高,A型网格影响越发明显。该研究为确定螺旋输送机仿真网格类型以及提高输送性能提供理论依据。 In order to study the performance of the screw conveyor and its changing law,based on the particle contact theory,using EDEM discrete element software,a screw conveying model with a dividing device was established,different screw conveying numerical simulations were carried out for millet particles,and the comparison of particle contact force under different mesh types was calculated.It is analysed that the refinement of the mesh affects the average contact force distribution between the particles and the screw body as well as between the particles and the inner wall of the housing,and the effect of A-type mesh becomes more and more obvious with the increase of the rotational speed.This study provides a theoretical basis for determining the mesh type for screw conveyor simulation and for improving the conveying performance.
