瓦斯抽采钻冲扩一体液压钻机关键部件力学分析

摘要 为进一步探究瓦斯抽采钻冲扩一体液压钻机的力学特征,结合某复杂条件矿井条件下的瓦斯局部治理工作需要,构建钻冲扩一体化装备,并明确其主要参数。而后以此为基础,建立该设备的仿真模型,并对设备中的滑锁、钻头、销轴和连杆四类关键部件进行有限元分析,结果显示,上述四类关键部件在应力和变形方面均处于较低水平,对于实际运行基本不产生影响。在此基础上,对钻冲扩一体化设备进行模拟实验测试,结果显示,该设备在钻孔横截面积这一主要指标上较具优势,扩孔效果较优,具有潜在应用价值。 In order to further investigate the mechanical characteristics of gas extraction drilling,punching and expanding integrated hydraulic drilling rig,combined with the needs of local gas control under the conditions of a complex mine,the drilling,punching and expanding integrated equipment is constructed,and its main parameters are clarified.Based on this,the simulation model of the equipment is established,and finite element analysis is carried out on the four key components of the equipment,namely,slide lock,drll bit,pin and connecting rod.The results show that the stress and deformation of the above four key components are at a low level,which basically do not have any influence on the actual operation.On the basis of this,the simulation experimental test of the integrated drilling,punching and expanding equipment shows that the equipment has an advantage in the main index of drilling cross-sectional area,and the reaming effect is better,which has potential application value.
