数控机床传动轴位置信号采集及线性误差补偿设计

摘要 为了提高数控机床传动轴位置线性误差补偿能力,运用误差补偿方法对机床伺服系统的位置环信号进行采集,设计了一种数控机床传动轴位置信号采集及线性误差补偿方法。通过引入了一种测温方法来采集被测点温度,并对测试数据修正,计算温度偏差补偿值来达到对该系统线性错误补偿的功能。研究结果表明,重构方差发生了增大,形成了更小的最大误差,曲率积分递推过程获得的误差也更小,实现了更优重构效果。对各类误差按照特定方式实施补偿,采用线性误差的形式,实现机床坐标实时补偿的功能。该研究具有很好的实际推广价值,可适用于其他类型的机床精度控制领域。 In order to improve the linear error compensation capability of CNC machine tool drive shaft position,an error compensation method is used to collect the position loop signal of the machine tool servo system,and a CNC machine tool drive shaft position signal acquisition and linear error compensation method is designed.A temperature measurement method is introduced to collect the temperature of the measured point,and the test data are corrected to calculate the temperature deviation compensation value to achieve the function of linear error compensation for this system.The results of the study show that the reconstruction variance has been increased,a smaller maximum error has been formed,and the curvature integral recursion process has obtained a smaller error,achieving a better reconstruction result.The compensation of various types of errors is implemented in a specific way,and the form of linear error is adopted to realise the function of real-time compensation of machine coordinates.This study has good practical value and can be applied to other types of machine tools in the field of precision control.
