基于FTA和AHP的煤矿悬臂式掘进机截割系统故障分析与可靠性研究

摘要 掘进机是煤矿井下巷道掘进的重要设备之一,作业中面临着地质结构复杂、工作环境差、作业强度较大等情况,其截割部容易在作业过程中损坏或出现故障。基于此,以掘进机截割部常见故障为研究对象,以故障树分析法和层次分析法作为理论依据进行研究。通过故障树分析法,确定了19个基础故障点;通过层次分析法,建立了由三个中间层和九个决定层组成的评价体系,并根据数学分析和计算,确定了各个因素对掘进机截割部可靠性影响的权重。将故障树和层次分析法相结合,可以为掘进机截割部故障诊断和可靠性评价提供较为客观、科学的方式。 The tunneling machine is one of the important equipment for underground tunnel excavation in coal mines.During operation,it faces complex geological structures,poor working environment,and high work intensity.Its cuting part is prone to damage or malfunction during operation.In response to this issue,this article focuses on common faults in the cutting section of tunneling machines,and uses fault tree analysis and analytic hierarchy process as theoretical basis for research.19 basic fault points were identified through fault tree analysis method;Through the Analytic Hierarchy Process,an evaluation system consisting of three intermediate layers and nine determining layers was established,and based on mathematical analysis and calculation,the weights of each factor on the reliability of the cuting part of the tunneling machine were determined.The combination of fault tree and analytic hierarchy process can provide a more objective and scientific way for the fault diagnosis and reliability evaluation of the cutting section of the tunneling machine.
