摘要
以MG850/2395型采煤机为研究对象,基于仿生学思想对截齿结构进行优化设计,利用EDEM模型对仿生凸包型截齿结构进行仿真分析,发现凸包型结构具有更小的工作阻力以及更大的自旋力矩,性能得以提升。将凸包型截齿结构应用到工程实践中,经过1个月时间的现场验证,发现效果很好,截齿结构寿命大幅提升,为企业创造了很好的经济效益。
Taking the MG850/2395 coal mining machine as the research object,the optimised design of the tooth structure is based on bionic thought,and the simulation analysis of the bionic convex enveloping tooth structure is carried out by using the EDEM model,and it is found that the convex enveloping structure has a smaller working resistance and a larger spinning torque,and its performance can be improved.Applying the convex package-type gear structure to engineering practice,after one month's on-site verification,it is found that the effect is very good,and the life of the gear structure is greatly improved,which creates a very good economic beneft for the enterprise.
