摘要
基于轻量化设计思想,介绍了一种适用于煤矿刮板运输机关键部位的结构优化方案。具体结构优化过程主要包括基于有限元模型的关键部位应力分析和关键部位结构优化设计两个环节,其中关键部位应力分析可用于确认煤矿刮板运输机关键部位受力薄弱点,以此为基础开展关键部位结构优化设计。将关键部位结构优化设计应用于工程实践,检验结构优化设计可行性和应用价值。
Based on the idea of lightweight design,a structural optimization scheme for the key parts of coal mine scraper conveyor is introduced.The structural optimization process mainly includes the stress analysis of key parts based on the finite element model and the optimized design of key parts,in which the stress analysis of key parts can be used to confirm the weak points of the key parts of the scraper conveyor,and then the optimized design of the key parts can be carried out on the basis of the stress analysis of key parts.The optimized design of the key parts of the structure is applied in engineering practice to test the feasibility and application value of the optimized design of the structure.
