摘要
针对煤矿井下作业面粉尘浓度大,严重影响作业安全和人员健康的现状,在对现有喷雾降尘装置问题进行分析的基础上提出了对采煤机喷雾降尘装置进行结构优化的方案。通过对采煤机上风侧截割滚筒割煤时粉尘的分布特点,对喷雾降尘引射装置进行了优化。根据在井下的实际应用表明,优化后喷雾降尘装置能够将采煤机控制室处的总粉尘降尘率提升到87.5%,将呼吸性粉尘的降尘率提高到93.1%,极大地改善了井下作业环境。
Aiming at the current situation that the concentration of dust is large in the underground working face of coal mines,which seriously affects the operational safety and health of the personnel,the structural optimisation of the coal mining machine spraying dust reduction device is proposed on the basis of the analysis of the problems of the existing spraying dust reduction device.The optimisation of the spraying and dust-reducing ejector was carried out through the distribution characteristics of the dust when the cutting drum cuts the coal on the upwind side of the coal miner.According to the practical application in underground,the optimised spraying dust-reducing device can increase the total dust reduction rate to 87.5%and the respiratory dust reduction rate to 93.1% at the control room of the coal miner,which greatly improves the underground working environment.
