关于煤矿带式输送机传动滚筒的受力分析及结构优化研究

摘要 以DTL80型带式输送机为研究对象,基于Pro/E和Ansys软件建立了传动滚筒的有限元模型,经过静力学分析发现滚筒中主要结构件,如轴、筒壳、辐板轮毂的安全系数过高,分别达到了2.5、5.137和5.77,不符合实际情况,有优化改进空间。以幅板厚度、筒壳厚度和轴直径为优化对象开展优化改进工作,优化后的传动滚筒安全系数能满足要求,总体质量降低了20%。将优化后的传动滚筒应用到工程实践中,经过10个月的现场使用,发现达到了预期效果。 Taking the DTL80 belt conveyor as the research object,the finite element model of the transmission drum was established based on Pro/E and Ansys software,and after the static analysis,it was found that the safety coefficients of main structural parts in the drum,such as the shaft,the cylinder shell,and the hub of the spoked plate,were too high,reaching 2.5,5.137,and 5.77,which were not in line with the actual situation,and there was room for optimization and improvement.The optimization and improvement work is carried out with the thickness of the width plate,the thickness of the cylinder shell and the diameter of the shaft on the optimization object,and the safety coefficient of the optimized drive roller can meet the requirements,and the overall quality is reduced by 20%.The optimized drive roller is applied to engineering practice,and after 10 months of on-site use,it is found to have achieved the expected results.
