刮板输送机减速箱静力学分析及优化研究

摘要 为了提升CST减速器箱体工况环境下工作性能,通过利用数值模拟软件对其进行静力学分析,对额定工况及最大工况下减速器箱体应力及位移进行分析,发现额定工况应力最大值为50.43 MPa,最大位移为0.234 mm;最大工况应力最大值为89.45 MPa,最大位移为0.260 mm。结构的强度及刚度能够满足要求,且冗余度较大,对箱体进行拓扑优化,发现经过优化后箱体的强度、刚度满足要求且重量减小,优化方案可行。 In order to improve the working performance of CST gearbox under working conditions,static analysis is carried out by using numerical simulation software to analyse the stress and displacement of the gearbox under rated and maximum working conditions,and it is found that the maximum value of stress under rated working conditions is 50.43 MPa,and the maximum displacement is 0.234 mm,and the maximum value of stress under maximum working conditions is 89.45 MPa,and the maximum displacement is 0.260 mm,and the structural strength and stiffness can meet the requirements,and the redundancy is 0.260 mm.The maximum stress is 89.45 MPa,the maximum displacement is 0.260 mm,the strength and stiffness of the structure can meet the requirements,and the redundancy is large,the topology optimisation of the box is carried out,and it is found that after optimisation,the strength and stiffness of the box can meet the requirements and the weight is reduced,the optimisation scheme is feasible.
