煤泥岩条件下大断面巷道支护技术研究

摘要 针对某矿进风立井硐室群区马头门巷道的支护难题,综合运用现场调研、文献检索、理论分析等研究方法,研究了巷道所处区域的矿压特征和围岩变形破坏特征,分析了该巷道原支护方案的缺陷及应该优化的方向,设计了一套“高预应力锚索整体支护方案”,并成功进行了工程实践。掘进支护后的矿压观测表明,将优化后的支护方案实施后,巷道顶底板移近量、两帮移近量、顶板离层值均得到了有效控制,实现了煤泥岩条件下大断面巷道的有效支护,保障了矿井安全生产。 Aiming at the support problems of the roadway of the horse head gate in the refuge chamber group area of an inlet shaft of a mine,we comprehensively applied on-site research,literature search,theoretical analysis and other research methods to study the characteristics of the mine pressure and the deformation and damage characteristics of the peripheral rock of the roadway in the area where it is situated,and then analysed the shortcomings and optimisation direction of the original support scheme of the roadway,so as to design a set of"high pre-stressing anchors and cable overall support scheme",and successfully carried out engineering practice.A set of"high prestressing anchor cable overall support scheme"was designed and successfully put into practice.The observation of mine pressure after digging support shows that after the implementation of the optimised support scheme,the amount of top and bottom plate migration,the amount of two gangs migration,and the value of the top plate off the layer have been effectively controlled,which realises the effective support for the large section roadway under the condition of coal mudstone and ensures the safety of production in the mine.
