摘要
针对煤矿井下综采面地质条件复杂、综采作业效率低、可靠性差的难题,提出了一种新的煤矿井下综采面自动化综采技术,结合井下高速无线数据通信系统、综采面设备集成控制系统、液压支架自动跟机协调控制系统、采煤机高精度智能调直控制系统等,实现了井下综采作业的智能化,显著提升了煤矿井下综采作业效率和安全性,为实现井下无人化综采作业奠定了基础。
Aiming at the complex geological conditions,low efficiency and poor reliability of comprehensive mining operations in underground coal mines,a new comprehensive mining automation technology is proposed,which combines the high-speed wireless data communication system,integrated control system of equipment in the comprehensive mining face,coordinated control system of hydraulic bracket automatic followers,and high-precision intelligent straightening control system of coal mining machine to realise the intelligentisation of the comprehensive mining operations in underground mines,and significantly improves the efficiency and safety of comprehensive mining operations in coal mines.It significantly improves the efficiency and safety of integrated mining operation in underground coal mines,and lays a foundation for realising unmanned integrated mining operation in underground mines.
