摘要
针对煤矿井下各机械设备之间相对位置定位精确性差,无法满足联动运行控制精度需求的问题,提出了一种新的煤矿井下综采设备高精度激光定位技术,通过建立井下综采面相对坐标系的方式,采用激光跟踪技术实现相互配合设备之间的相互定位,重点对激光位置检测和跟踪控制方法等进行了研究。根据实际应用表明,新的井下综采设备高精度激光定位技术能够实现各设备间±0.05 m的定位精度,跟踪连续性好。
Aiming at the current situation that the relative position positioning accuracy between various mechanical equipments in underground coal mines is poor and cannot meet the demand of linkage operation control accuracy,a new high-precision laser positioning technology is proposed for the integrated mining in underground coal mines,and the laser tracking technology is adopted to achieve the mutual positioning between the matching equipments through the establishment of the relative coordinate system of the integrated mining surface in underground mines,focusing on the research on the laser position detection and the tracking control method.It focuses on the laser position detection and tracking control methods.According to the practical application,it is shown that the new high-precision laser positioning technology of the underground mining equipment can achieve the positioning accuracy of±0.05 m between the equipments,and the tracking continuity is good.
