高炉炉缸环炭温度上升处理及炉缸侵蚀调查

摘要 本文分析了1080 m^(3)高炉炉役后期炉缸环炭温度大幅上升的原因,主要包括风口及冷却壁烧损、锌负荷重、煤气流边缘发展、中心不活跃以及焦炭质量变差等方面;并列出了相应的处理措施,如降低冶炼强度、调整操作制度、强化铁口维护及炉缸压浆等。高炉停炉大修期间对炉缸耐材侵蚀情况进行调查,调查结果与分析基本相符。 In this paper,the causes of the sharp rise in the temperature of the hearth annular carbon bricks of 1080m^(3)blast furnace in the later stage of campaign are analyzed,including the burning loss of tuyere and cooling wall,heavy zinc load,the edge development of gas flow,the inactive center and the deterioration of coke quality.The corresponding treatment measures are also taken,such as reducing smelting intensity,adjusting the operation system,as well as strengthening the maintenance of the iron notch and the hearth press grouting.The erosion of refractory materials in the hearth after the BF overhaul is investigated and the results are basically consistent with the analysis.
