摘要
Ⅱ型固有淋巴细胞(ILC2)被认为是辅助性T细胞2(Th2细胞)的“镜像细胞”,它是体内2型细胞因子的又一重要来源。ILC2在体内的数量远少于Th2细胞,但其在过敏性疾病中的作用不可忽视,然而其调节机制在很大程度上未被探索。近年来,有关ILC2的脂质代谢的研究取得了一定进展,其中脂质及其介质有望成为过敏性气道疾病的有效治疗靶点。因此,未来应深入探索脂质及其介质对过敏性气道疾病中ILC2的调节作用,以为进一步认识及诊治疾病提供有利的线索和参考依据。
The group 2 innate lymphoid cells(ILC2)are considered to be the"mirror cells"of helper T cell 2(Th2 cell).They are another important source of type 2 cytokines in vivo.The number of ILC2 is far fewer than Th2 in the body,but its role is not negligible in allergic diseases.However,its regulatory mechanism has not been largely explored.In recent years,there has been some progress in the study of the lipid metabolism of ILC2,among which lipid and lipid mediators are expected to be effective therapeutic targets for allergic airway diseases.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore the regulatory effect of lipids and their mediators on ILC2 in allergic airway diseases in the future,so as to provide beneficial clues and reference for the further understanding,diagnosis and treatment of the diseases.
