Research Progress of Oncolytic Virus in Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

结直肠癌(CRC)是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,给全球公共卫生带来了严峻挑战。传统的CRC手术治疗主要以开腹手术为主,虽然部分患者能够达到根治的目的,但创伤较大,手术出血量较多、术后恢复时间较长,且术后并发症的发生率较高,对其预后造成严重影响。与传统治疗方式相比,溶瘤病毒具有杀伤肿瘤途径多、杀伤力强、靶向性好、不良反应小、低耐药性以及低成本等优势,在CRC的治疗上具有广阔的应用前景。

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive tract,posing increa-singly severe challenges to the global public health.The traditional surgical treatment for CRC mainly relies on open surgery.Although some patients can achieve the goal of cure,the trauma is large,the surgical bleeding is much,the postoperative recovery time is long,and the incidence of postoperative complications is high,seriously impacting the prognosis.Compared with the traditional treatment methods,oncolytic viruses have advantages such as multiple pathways of killing tumors,high killing power,good targeting,minimal adverse reactions,low drug resistance,and low cost,thus have broad application prospects in the treatment of CRC.
