摘要
脑卒中是一种常见的神经系统疾病,卒中后认知障碍(PSCI)作为其后遗症之一,严重影响患者的生活质量和生存时间,成为目前国际脑卒中研究的热点和临床干预的重点。经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)是一种非侵入性的脑神经调节技术,近年其在PSCI康复中的应用受到广泛关注,但有关tDCS作用机制的较多理论仍需进一步阐明,在不同临床观察和研究中,tDCS在PSCI康复中的治疗参数不同,临床效果也存在差异,因此tDCS在PSCI康复中治疗方案特别是治疗靶点的选择需要进一步研究论证。
Stroke is a common neurological disease.Post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI),as one of its sequelae,seriously affects the quality of life and survival time of the patients,and has become the focus of international stroke research and clinical intervention.Transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)is a non-invasive neuromodulation technique,and its application in PSCI rehabilitation has received widespread attention in recent years.However,more theories about the mechanism of action of tDCS still need to be further elucidated.In different clinical observations and studies,the therapeutic parameters of tDCS in PSCI rehabilitation are different,and the clinical effects are also different.Therefore,the treatment plan of tDCS in PSCI rehabilitation,especially the selection of therapeutic targets,needs further research and demonstration.
