科学发展观视域下高校毕业生就业指导工作研究

Research on Employment Guidance for College Graduates from the Perspective of Scientific Outlook on Development

随着社会经济的不断发展和高等教育规模的不断扩大,高校毕业生就业问题日益凸显。科学发展观作为指导国家发展的理论指导,也应当贯彻到高校毕业生就业指导工作中,不仅能提高毕业生就业质量,促进社会和经济的可持续发展,也能为高校毕业生提供更好的发展机会。因而研究科学发展观视域下高校毕业生就业指导工作有重要的意义。对此,通过分析高校毕业生就业指导工作现状,进而探究科学发展观视域下创新高校毕业生就业指导工作的策略,以期为高校毕业生就业提供更加科学、有效的指导。

With the continuous development of the social economy and the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education,the employment problem of college graduates is becoming increasingly prominent.The Scientific Outlook on Development,as a theoretical guid⁃ance for national development,should also be implemented in the employment guidance work for college graduates.It can not only improve the quality of employment for graduates,promote sustainable development of society and economy,but also provide better development opportunities for college graduates.Therefore,studying the employment guidance work for college graduates from the perspective of the Sci⁃entific Outlook on Development is of great significance.In this regard,by analyzing the current situation of employment guidance for college graduates,and exploring innovative strategies for employment guidance for college graduates from the perspective of the Scientific Outlook on Development,in order to provide more scientific and effective guidance for the employment of college graduates.
