野马追水提物质量标准研究

摘要 目的制备野马追饮片水提取物,开展以出膏、浸出物、含量等为指标的质量标准研究。方法参考配方颗粒技术要求中相关的各项规定,制备10批次不同产地的野马追水提物,并研究了水提物的出膏率、含量及特征图谱测定方法。结果对10个批次野马追饮片水提取物的相关检测结果进行分析,建立了以黄酮类成分为指标的特征图谱分析方法,同时对共有色谱峰中的4个成分进行了色谱峰定位并指认,10批次野马追饮片水提物的出膏率为14.20%~19.60%,醇溶性浸出物:21.50%~34.61%,金丝桃苷转移率为:23.99%~35.74%。结论该方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,能客观反映野马追水提取物质量,为野马追的后续科研工作提供参考。 OBJECTIVE Prepare the water extracts of Eupatorium lindleyanum DC and carry out the study of quality standard with extract,extractum and content as index.METHODS According to the relevant regulations in the quality control and standard formulation technical requirements of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules,10 batches of water extracts from Eupatorium lindleyanum DC from different origins were prepared,and the extraction rate,content,and characteristic spectrum determination methods of the water extracts were studied.RESULTS According to the measurement of 10 batches of water extracts from Eupatorium lindleyanum DC standard decoction,the extraction rate was 14.20%to 19.60%,the ethanol-soluble extractum ranged from 21.50%to 34.61%.the transfer rate of hyperoside ranged from 23.99%to 35.74%,a characteristic chromatograms analysis was established,and four peaks were identified from ten common peaks.CONCLUSION This method has good precision,stability,and repeatability,and can objectively reflect the quality of the water extract of Eupatorium lindleyanum DC,laying a foundation for subsequent research on Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.
