Determination of Cinnabaris in WaWaNing by Titration

目的建立娃娃宁散剂中朱砂的含量测定方法。方法首先优化硫酸和硝酸钾的比例,考察了方法的专属性、准确度、精密度、线性和稳定性,测定了9批样品中的朱砂含量。结果建立的方法准确度和精密度良好,平均回收率为94.4%(RSD=0.9%),其他药味对测定无干扰。结论所建立的方法均符合要求,可作为娃娃宁质量控制的方法。

OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination content of cinnabaris in WaWaNing.METHODS The amount of concentrated sulfuric acid and nitrate of potash was optimized.Specificity,precision,accuracy,linearity and stability were investigated.The content of cinnabaris of nine batches of samples was determined.RESULTS The detection method have good specificity,precision and high recovery.The average recovery was 94.4%(RSD=0.9%).CONCLUSION The method has been validated and could be applied to the quality control of WaWaNing.
