针刺配合养心汤治疗血管性认知功能障碍的临床研究

Clinical Study of Acupuncture Combined with Yangxin Decoction in the Treatment of Vascular Cognitive Impairment

目的:探讨针刺配合养心汤治疗血管性认知功能障碍(vascular cognitive impairment,VCI)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年2月阳江市中医医院收治的66例VCI患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组给予认知训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予针刺联合养心汤。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后认知功能、日常生活能力及安全性。结果:对照组脱落1例,观察组脱落3例。观察组总有效率为83.33%(25/30),高于对照组的62.50%(20/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)、简易智力状态检查量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评分均高于治疗前,观察组MoCA评分、MMSE评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组日常生活能力(activities of daily living,ADL)评分高于治疗前,观察组ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生安全性事件。结论:针刺联合养心汤治疗VCI效果显著,能有效改善患者认知功能及日常生活能力,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment(VCI).Method:A total of 66 VCI patients admitted to Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to February 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,33 cases in each group.The control group was given cognitive training,and the observation group was given acupuncture combined with Yangxin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function,daily living ability before and after treatment and safety were compared between the two groups.Result:One case was lost in the control group and three cases were lost in the observation group.The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%(25/30),which was higher than 62.50%(20/32)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,MoCA score and MMSE score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the activities of daily living(ADL)scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no security incidents in either group.Conclusion:Acupuncture combine with Yangxin Decoction is effective in the treatment of VCI,it can effectively improving patients'cognitive function and daily living ability,with good safety.
