小陷胸汤联合常规西药治疗细菌性肺炎的效果

Effect of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in the Treatment of Bacterial Pneumonia

目的:探讨小陷胸汤联合常规西药治疗细菌性肺炎的效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年12月在常州市第一人民医院治疗的96例细菌性肺炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与中药组,各48例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,中药组在对照组基础上予以小陷胸汤治疗,两组均连续治疗7 d。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率、治疗前和治疗7 d后血清炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)]、免疫功能指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平。结果:中药组总有效率显著提高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CRP、IL-6和PCT水平均低于治疗前,且中药组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于治疗前,且中药组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小陷胸汤联合常规西药治疗细菌性肺炎可促进临床症状缓解,降低炎症水平,改善免疫功能,提高疗效。

Objective:To explore the effect of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of bacterial pneumonia.Method:A total of 96 patients with bacterial pneumonia treated in Changzhou First People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and traditional Chinese medicine group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Xiaoxianxiong Decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 7 d.The efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,serum inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)]and immune function indicators(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))before treatment and 7 d after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of fever reduction,cough disappearance,lung rales disappearance and hospital stay in the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and PCT in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoxianxiong Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of bacterial pneumonia can promote the relief of clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammation,improve the immune function and improve the curative effect.
