摘要
本文基于天津第一机床厂的城市设计,探讨了将工业厂区转化为城市空间的策略与实践。通过对厂城空间自相似性的研究,得到街区重塑中空间转译的技术路径,由此指导城市外部空间的重构。设计通过将空间创新性的分解与重组,赋予工业遗存空间新的城市功能,将厂区转化为充满活力的现代街区。同时,通过构建景观公园体系,增强空间的生态可持续性。该项目不仅为工业遗产的活化再生提供了创新途径,还为城市更新中的街区重塑树立了实践标杆。
Focused on the urban design of Tianjin First Machine Tool Works,this paper explores strategies and practices for converting industrial plants into urban spaces.By examining the self-similarity of factory and city spaces,this paper identifies the technical pathways for spatial translation,and guides the reconstruction of urban districts.The design innovatively decomposes and restructures industrial heritage spaces,giving them new urban functions and transforming the plant into a vibrant modern district.Additionally,the creation of a landscape park system enhances the ecological sustainability of the spaces.This project not only provides innovative approaches for the revitalization of industrial heritage,but also sets a practical benchmark for district reconstruction in urban renewal.
