喇嘛甸油田含腐蚀缺陷套管剩余强度模拟预测模型研究

摘要 喇嘛甸油田老井套管不特定点蚀现象频发,导致基于均匀腐蚀和圆形点蚀的安全评价方法准确度不足。为提高老井安全评价准确性,通过带有不同尺寸模拟腐蚀缺陷试样的特殊拉伸试验,结合有限元数值模拟仿真分析手段以及SY/T 5724给出的套管强度计算公式,建立了含腐蚀缺陷套管剩余强度预测模型。该模型可针对任意尺寸的腐蚀缺陷开展套管剩余强度预测计算,为后期老井剩余寿命评价构建数据基础,指导现场老井套管剩余强度预测。 The unspecified pitting corrosion phenomenon of old well casing in Lamadian oilfield resulted in lack of accuracy of current safety evaluation method based on uniform corrosion and circular pit corrosion.To improving the safety evaluation accuracy of old well,this research establishes the residual strength prediction model of casing with corrosion defects through tensile test of specimens with simulated corrosion defects,finite element analysis and casing strength calculating formula from SY/T 5724.This model can realize the residual strength calculation of casing with corrosion defects of any shape and size,which provides the data for old well residual life evaluation and guides the residual strength prediction of old wells in oilfield.
