摘要
储气库作为我国天然气调峰及储备的重要设施,在能源战略中具有关键性意义。然而,当前储气库井的完整性管理面临着相关标准繁多、管理要素复杂等难题,限制了储气库井完整性管理的发展。针对上述问题,系统调研梳理了国内外储气库相关法律法规及标准规范,以储气库井完整性为研究目标,构建了储气库井完整性管理技术体系,并挖掘了储气库井完整性管理的关键要素。针对各关键要素,开展了标准规范的对标分析研究,制定了推荐执行标准,为储气库井完整性管理提供了理论和决策支持,从而保障储气库的安全运行。研究成果可为推动储气库井完整性管理的进一步发展提供借鉴与指引。
Natural gas storage facilities,as essential infrastructure for peak load management and reserves in China′s energy strategy,hold paramount significance.However,the current integrity management of natural gas storage wells faces challenges,such as many relevant standards and complex management elements,which impede the development of well integrity management in gas storage facilities.This study addresses the abovementioned issues by systematically investigating and summarizing domestic and international laws,regulations,and standard and specifications related to gas storage facilities.With well integrity as the research focus,we have established a technical system for well integrity management and unearthed the key elements of well integrity management.For each key element,a benchmark analysis of standards and specifications was conducted and recommended execution standards were formulated.This study provides theoretical and decision-making support for well integrity management in gas storage facilities,ultimately ensuring the safe operation of gas storage facilities.The findings of this research can serve as a reference and guidance for further advancing well integrity management in gas storage facilities.
