技能型社会背景下高职院校技能培训研究

Research on Skills Training in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Skill-based Society

国家提出的建设技能型社会的理念和战略,对职业教育在完善产教融合办学体制、创新校企合作办学机制、深化教育教学改革等方面提出了新的建设要求。当前职业教育中存在教育资源供给不足、教学内容滞后于产业及教育体系偏离生产需求等问题,解决这些问题的策略包括:深化产教融合,精准定位助力行业发展;加强校企合作,双重主场优化培养模式;完善教育体系,与时俱进培育技能人才。

The state has put forward concept and strategy of building a skill-based society,and put forward new construction requirements for vocational education in improving the integration of industry and education,innovating the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,and deepening the reform of education and teaching.At present,there are some problems in vocational education,such as insufficient supply of educational resources,teaching content lagging behind industry and educational system deviating from production demand.The solutions include:deepening the integration of industry and education,accurately positioning the development of the service industry,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing the training mode of dual home fields,improving the education system,and cultivating skilled talents with the times.
