摘要
本研究通过收集并分析多种数据,包括来自该地区120名英语教师的问卷调查、6次访谈和30份叙述性询问和实地观察,展现出内蒙古地区高校英语教师科研环境的总体情况。数据表明英语教师的研究认知与研究实践、产出与投入、教师对科研支持的期望与实际得到的帮助存在差异。英语教师的科研环境是一个复杂的结构,由该地区的个人、人际和制度因素相互作用塑造,尤其是个体与环境之间的相互作用。希望由此产生对教师科研环境及专业发展的深入思考和积极影响。
The study collects and analyzes a variety of data,including a questionnaire survey from 120 English teachers in the region,6 interviews,30 narrative inquiries and field observations from these teachers,the overall situation of the scientific research context of English teachers in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia is presented.The data reflect the differences between English teachers’research cognition and research practice,output and input,teachers’expectation of support from peer and environment and actual help.The scientific research context of English teachers is a complex structure shaped by the interaction of individual,interpersonal and institutional factors in the region,especially the interaction between individuals and their respective scientific research context.It is expected to have a deep thought and positive impact on the scientific research context and professional development of teachers.
