摘要
针对宇航步进电机在不同工况下,温升差异大导致温度场仿真模型难以准确预测电机实际温升的问题,建立某型号步进电机三维温度场有限元仿真模型,搭建试验平台对步进电机多工况下温升规律进行研究。结合实际温升数据,不断对仿真模型系数进行修正,将修正后的仿真模型系数应用到新电机的温度场计算,对比仿真模型计算温升与实际温升之间的误差,结果表明修正后的步进电机温度场仿真模型准确性较高,可对多工况下步进电机的温度场计算提供依据。
Aiming at the problem of large temperature rise differences in aerospace stepper motors under different operating conditions,which makes it difficult for temperature field simulation models to accurately predict the actual temperature rise of the motor,a three-dimensional temperature field finite element simulation model of a certain stepper motor was established,and an experimental platform was built to study the temperature rise law of stepper motors under different operating conditions.Based on actual temperature rise data,the simulation model coefficients were continuously modified.The modified simulation model coefficients were applied to the temperature field calculation of the new motor,and the error between the calculated temperature rise and the actual temperature rise was compared.The results show that the modified simulation model for the temperature field of the stepper motor has high accuracy,which can provide a basis for the temperature field calculation of the stepper motor under different operating conditions.
