微型永磁无刷直流电机的设计与优化

Design and Optimization of Miniature Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motors

摘要 对一款航空用微型永磁无刷直流电机进行了设计,永磁体选用钐钴进行Halbach阵列充磁,并对电机的部分参数进行了优化,与原方案相比,优化了电机的输出转矩。制作了一款实物样机,通过对样机的测试,验证了优化的可行性。 A miniature permanent magnet brushless DC motor for aviation was designed,using SmCo as the permanent magnet for Halbach array magnetization,and some parameters of the motor were optimized.Compared with the original plan,the output torque of the motor was optimized.A physical prototype was produced,the feasibility of optimization was verified through testing the prototype.
