摘要
针对高炉煤气干法除尘后管道出现的煤气腐蚀问题,在现有喷淋塔仅有煤气清洗工艺的基础上,探索高炉煤气除酸系统的应用状态。通过增设喷淋塔浓碱喷淋系统以及在送热风炉煤气管道内应用加碱喷雾等除酸系统,使高炉煤气pH由2.3提升到7.0,解决了煤气管道腐蚀问题,提升了煤气管网的安全性能。
Aiming at the gas corrosion problem appeared in the pipeline after blast fur-nace gas dry dedusting,the paper explores the application state of the blast furnace gas acid removal system on the basis of the existing spray tower with gas cleaning process.By installing additional spray tower with concentrated alkali spray system and applying acid re-moval system such as adding alkali spray in the gas pipeline of hot blast furnace,the pH value of blast furnace gas was raised from 2.3 to 7.0,which solved the problem of corro-sion of the gas pipeline and improved the safety performance of the gas pipeline network.
