云南省保山市渔业高质量发展对策研究

在“大食物观”背景下,渔业发展迫切需要向高质量发展转型。为研究如何深入推进云南省保山市渔业高质量发展,加快渔业转型升级,文章采取走访调研、分析数据、收集建议、经验总结等方法,指出保山市存在养殖面积缩减、基础设施不足、资金投入不够、科技含量不高、经营方式粗放等发展短板,综合分析后,提出加强制度保障,稳定供应能力和供应质量;强化科技创新,提高发展效率和增强发展动力;发展现代渔业产业体系,推动渔业经济优化和升级等策略。

In the context of the All-encompassing approach to food,the urgent need for the transformation of fisheries towards high-quality development is evident.For researching how to promote the high-quality development of the fisheries industry and accelerate the overall transformation and upgrading of the city's fisheries in Baoshan City,this article adopts methods such as field visits,data analysis,gathering suggestions,and summarizing experiences.It points out the development shortcomings in Baoshan City,including reduced aquaculture area,inadequate infrastructure,insufficient funding,low technological content,and extensive management methods.After comprehensive analysis,it proposes strategies such as strengthening institutional guarantees,stabilizing supply capacity and quality,enhancing technological innovation,improving development efficiency,enhancing development momentum,developing a modern fisheries industry system,and promoting the optimization and upgrading of the fisheries economy.
