习近平文化思想在正本清源中举旗定向、在守正创新中全面发展、在系统谋划中科学总结,是我们党凝心聚力的“金钥匙”。在深刻理解习近平文化思想内涵和党员干部教育全局性作用的基础上,把握习近平文化思想融入党员干部教育的契合点,从意识形态教育、理想信念教育、“两个结合”教育三方面对党员干部教育问题进行探析并提出可参考性建议,切实发挥习近平文化思想在党员干部教育中的指导作用,以期实现党员干部教育提质增效。

Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,which sets the direction in clarifying the fundamentals,develops comprehensively in innovation while adhering to the principles,and scientifically summarizes through systematic planning,is the golden key for our Party to unite.Based on a deep understanding of the connotation of Xi Jin-ping Thought on Culture and the overall role of education for Party members and cadres,this paper grasps the in-tegration point of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture into Party member and cadre education.It explores and analyzes the education of Party members and cadres from three aspects:ideological education,ideal and belief education,and“two combinations”education,and puts forward referential suggestions.We will give full play to the guiding role of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture in the education of Party members and cadres,to improve the quality and efficiency of the education of Party members and cadres.
