Standards of Basic Dataset of Chronic Disease Behavior Risk Factor Surveillance in Adults

1 Scope This document specifies the metadata attributes and data element attributes for the adult chronic disease behavior risk factor surveillance dataset.It is applicable to the collection of data for the surveillance,survey,intervention and assessment of chronic disease behavior risk factors by health administrative departments,disease prevention and control institutions.
