抗菌耐寒PVC花洒软管配方研究

摘要 通过己二酸聚酯和粉末丁腈橡胶(PNBR)的复配作用,改善PVC增塑剂迁出和软管低温硬化问题,同时在交联剂双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIPB)作用下,将抗菌剂聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMG)以化学键的形式键合到PVC的分子链上使得材料具有长效抗菌功能,制成一种抗菌耐寒PVC材料,并成功试产了PVC复合软管。经过探索找到最合适的配方和工艺,检测结果显示采用本配方生产的PVC花洒软管,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均超过99.5%,老化测试后仍不低于98%;0℃低温下邵氏硬度比邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂(DOP)配方低9 HA,拉伸强度比低分子耐寒增塑剂(DOA)高2.9 MPa。 Through the compounding action of adipate polyester and powdered nitrile rubber(PNBR),the problems of PVC plasticizer migration and low-temperature hardening of hoses are improved.At the same time,the antibacterial agent polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride(PHMG)is bonded to the molecular chain of PVC in the form of chemical bond under the action of the cross-linking agent bi-tert-butyl peroxyisopropyl benzene(BIPB),so that the material has a long-term antibacterial function and is made into an antibacterial and cold-resistant PVC material,The PVC composite hoses were successfully trial-produced.After exploring the most suitable formula and process,the test results showed that the antibacterial rate of the PVC shower hoses produced by this formula against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was more than 99.5%,not less than 98%after aging tests;At O C,its Shore hardness is 9A lower than that of phthalate plasticizer(DOP),and its tensile strength is 2.9 MPa higher than that of low-molecular cold-resistant plasticizer(DOA).
