中小学教师智能教育素养评价模型建构研究

摘要 教育教学与人工智能深度融合,使得智能教育素养成为中小学教师专业能力体系中的重要组成部分。智能教育素养是教师胜任智能教育环境的关键素养,中小学教师智能教育素养影响因素包括智能教育知识、智能教育能力、智能教育态度伦理。基于理论分析,设计智能教育素养调查问卷并构建了理论模型。为验证模型及因素间的关系,向“人工智能助推教师队伍建设”项目试点学校的13537名教师发放问卷,在验证数据具有较高信度和因子适配度的基础上,进行探索性因子分析与结构方程模型分析。结果显示:智能教育知识、智能教育能力和智能教育态度伦理因素对智能教育素养具有较好的解释度;路径分析发现,智能教育知识和智能教育态度伦理因素对智能教育素养具有显著影响,表明智能教育知识与智能教育态度伦理因素是发展智能教育素养的直接关键因素。上述研究结果验证了中小学教师智能教育素养评价模型具有较好的信度和结构效度,表明模型在理论上具有合理性,能够为中小学教师智能教育素养评价提供理论支撑。据此提出开展多元分类的教师智能教育素养培训、构建实践导向的工作坊以提高教师的技术应用能力、构建教育人工智能伦理决策与约束机制等建议,以为中小学教师智能教育素养提升提供参考。 The profound integration of Artificial Intelligence(AI)with education and teaching has made intelligent education literacy a crucial component in the professional competency system of primary and secondary school teachers.Intelligent education literacy is a key competency for teachers to excel in an intelligent educational environment.Influencing factors of intelligent education literacy for primary and secondary school teachers include knowledge of intelligent education,abilities in intelligent education,and attitudes and ethics towards intelligent education.Based on theoretical analysis,an intelligent education literacy survey questionnaire was designed and a theoretical model was constructed.To validate the model and the relationships among the factors,questionnaires were distributed to 13,537 teachers from pilot schools participating in the“AI Promoting Teacher Development”project in Guangdong Province.Exploratory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were conducted on the data,which demonstrated high reliability and factor fit.The results indicated that the three types of influencing factors provide a good explanation for the primary factor of intelligent education literacy.Path analysis revealed that the factors of intelligent education knowledge and attitudes and ethics significantly influence intelligent education literacy,indicating that these factors are direct key factors in developing intelligent education literacy.The findings validated that the evaluation model for primary and secondary school teachers’intelligent education literacy has good reliability and structural validity,suggesting that the model is theoretically sound and can provide theoretical support for evaluating primary and secondary school teachers’intelligent education literacy.Based on these findings,recommendations are proposed for conducting diversified and classified training on intelligent education literacy for teachers,constructing practice-oriented workshops to enhance teachers’technical application abilities,and establishing ethical decision-making and constraint mechanisms for educational AI,to provide references for improving primary and secondary school teachers’intelligent education literacy.
