摘要
伦理敏感性是指教师对教育活动中蕴含的伦理价值与潜在伦理问题的领悟和解释能力。师范生是教师队伍建设的源头活水,应具备伦理敏感性以便在未来教师职业生涯中做出恰当的伦理行为。为探究学前教育专业师范生伦理敏感性的发展现状,对S大学835名该专业学生进行问卷调查。结果发现:学前教育专业师范生伦理敏感性整体处于中等偏下水平,且各维度发展不均衡;年级变量显著影响学前教育专业师范生伦理敏感性的形成,随着年级的升高伦理敏感性呈递增趋势;成绩排名对学前教育专业师范生伦理敏感性无显著影响;有无幼儿园实践经历与幼儿教师资格证对学前教育专业师范生伦理敏感性均有显著影响,有幼儿园实践经历与幼儿教师资格证的师范生伦理敏感性更高。因此,建议完善伦理课程设置,培育师范生伦理敏感性;加强伦理教育实践,促进师范生伦理理论与实践相融合;提升反思与共情能力,激发师范生伦理内驱力。
Ethical sensitivity refers to teachers’ability to understand and interpret the ethical values and potential ethical issues embedded in educational activities.As the source of the teaching workforce,pre-school education majors should have ethical sensitivity to make appropriate ethical decisions in their future teaching careers.To explore the current status of ethical sensitivity development among pre-school education majors,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 835 students of this speciality in S University.The results show that the overall ethical sensitivity of preschool education majors is at a lower-medium level,with uneven development across different dimensions.Thegrade level significantly affects the formation of ethical sensitivity,and the ethical sensitivity tends to increase with the increase of grade level.Academic ranking does not significantly on impact the ethical sensitivity of preschool education majors.Both practical experience in kindergartens and holdinga kindergarten teacher qualification certificate have a significant impact on the ethical sensitivity.Students with kindergarten practice experience and a kindergarten teacher qualification certificate exhibit higher ethical sensitivity.Therefore,it is recommended to improve the ethical curriculum to cultivate the ethical sensitivity among pre-school education majors,strengthen the ethical education practice to integrate ethical theory and practice,and improve the ability of reflection and empathy to stimulate the intrinsic ethical motivation of pre-school education majors.
