摘要
高速铁路大号码道岔具有侧向通过速度高、结构尺寸长的特点,相比18号等小号码道岔,其长波轨道几何不平顺的控制更为重要。利用轨道几何检测数据,基于Douglas-Peucker算法,针对大号码道岔心轨尖处由于组合廓形引起的轨距特殊突变现象进行针对性提取,实现了大号码高速道岔单元的准确划分;以单元内长波高低、轨向检测数据为依据,提出了针对长波高低、轨向不平顺的大号码高速道岔长波轨道几何不平顺评价方法,并针对CN系列大号码道岔FAKOP区段轨距加宽现象进行了有效处理,有效消除了轨距加宽所引起的轨向异常。经实测数据验证,大号码道岔长波轨向评价指标与列车过岔时晃车现象的关系相比长波高低评价指标更为密切,与传统认知相符。
High speed railway large number turnouts have the characteristics of high lateral passing speed and long structural dimensions.Compared with small number turnouts such as 1/18,the control of track long wave geometric irregularities is more important.Using track geometry detection data and based on the Douglas-Peucker algorithm,targeted extraction was carried out for the special abrupt change in track gauge caused by the combination profile at the point rail tip of large number high speed turnout,achieving accurate division of large-sized high speed turnout units.Based on the long wave detection data within the turnout unit,a method for evaluating the geometric irregularity of long wave tracks in large number high speed turnouts was proposed.The phenomenon of track gauge widening in the FAKOP section of the CN series large number turnouts was effectively addressed,and the abnormal track direction caused by track gauge widening was effectively eliminated.Verified by actual measurement data,the relationship between the evaluation index of long wave track direction of large number turnout and the shaking phenomenon of trains passing through the turnout is closer compared to the evaluation index of long wave height,which is consistent with traditional cognition.
