基于知识图谱的铁路工程实体信息表达方法与应用

摘要 为解决铁路工程实体在多种标准下的铁路实体单元粒度不一致、语义异构性突出的问题,提出一种基于知识图谱的铁路工程实体信息表达方法并进行了应用场景研究。通过梳理铁路现有标准以及结构化和非结构化数据文档,从铁路桥梁与隧道工程出发,定义了铁路工程实体的本体模型分类体系,并采用自上而下的方式逐步建立知识图谱本体,形成了铁路工程实体集成表达知识图谱的本体层。通过Aho-Corasick等算法建立编码的Jena推理规则库,将EBS(Engineering Breakdown Structure)、IFD(International Framework for Dictionaries)和工程量清单编码与知识图谱本体进行挂接,实现了铁路工程实体的编码映射。在此基础上,搭建Jena-Fuseki服务器与Bentley二次开发插件结合的架构体系,设计了多种功能模块,基于铁路工程实体知识图谱实现了信息抽取与应用。实现了在多源异质性的铁路工程信息模型背景下,基于知识图谱满足铁路工程实体的统一表达和精准映射与应用。 In order to solve the problems of inconsistent granularity of railway entity units and semantic heterogeneity of railway engineering entities under multiple standards,a railway engineering entity information expression method based on knowledge graph is proposed and applied in research scenarios.This paper defines the basic framework of ontology models for railway engineering entities,starting from railway engineering bridges and tunnels,by reviewing existing railway standards and structured and unstructured data documents,and gradually established the knowledge graph ontology in a top-down approach to form a ontology layer for the integrated expression of knowledge graph for integrated expression of railway engineering entities.A Jena reasoning rule base for coding was established through Aho-Corasick and other algorithms,and the coding of EBS(Engineering Breakdown Structure),IFD(International Framework for Dictionaries)and bill of quantities was linked to the knowledge graph ontology to realize coding mapping of railway engineering entities.On this basis,an architecture system combining Jena-Fuseki server and Bentley secondary development plug-in was built,and a variety of functional modules were designed,and realizing information extraction and application based on railway engineering entity knowledge graph.It achieves unified expression and accurate mapping and application of railway engineering entities based on knowledge graphs in the context of multi-source heterogeneous railway engineering information models.
