Choreography Strategies of the Balance Beam for Women's Gymnasts from the Perspective of the 2022 New Rules

通过文献资料、视频观察、数理统计等研究方法,对2020东京奥运会、2023年体操世锦赛及2023年体操全锦赛平衡木单项决赛的24套动作进行深入研究,并结合2022版女子竞技体操评分规则,分析新奥运周期女子平衡木成套动作编排特征及发展趋势,为我国女子体操队备战巴黎奥运会提供理论参考。结果显示:2023年女子平衡木比赛中难度分呈上升趋势,但对完成质量提出了更高要求;成套编排趋向于运用新颖连接获得D分,上法动作及下法动作的选择更加多元;比赛中减少错误扣分,优质的难度与完成兼备,是当下女子平衡木项目发展的主旋律。建议:成套编排中应对编排要求(CR)作出充分的考虑,避免比赛中连接串断连而出现编排要求的扣分;重视不同难度的均衡发展;难度与质量同步发展;学习与借鉴世界高水平运动员平衡木成套编排,拓宽编排思路。

Through research methods such as literature,video observation mathematical statistics,this paper conducts an in-depth study of 24 routines in the apparatus finals of the balance beam at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics,the 2023 World Gymnastics Championships and the 2023 National Gymnastics Championships,and aims to analyze the choreography characteristics and development trend of the routine of the women's balance beam in the new Olympic cycle in combination with the 2022 edition of the scoring rules of women's competitive gymnastics,so as to provide theoretical reference for the Chinese women's gymnastics team to prepare for the Paris Olympics.The results show the difficulty score in women's balance beam competitions in 2023 was on the rise,but higher demands were placed on the quality of execution,that the choreography of routines tended to use novel linking to gain D points,and the choice of mount and dismount elements was more varied,and that reducing the deduction of points for errors and having both high-quality difficulties and execution in competitions are main themes in the current development of the women's balance beam event.Recommendations:In the choreography of routines,it is necessary to fully consider choreography strings in the competition,emphasize the balanced development of different difficulties,coordinate the development of difficulties and quality,and learn and learn from the choreography of the routines of the balance beam of world's high-level gymnasts to broaden the idea of choreography.
