莫斯顿互惠式教学法在排球教学中的应用研究

Research on the Application of the Mosston's Reciprocal Teaching Method in Volleyball Teaching

该文采用文献资料法、教学实验法、数理统计法开展了莫斯顿互惠式教学法在高校排球选项课教学中的应用研究,并检验了其对学生排球技能习得的影响。结果表明:实验前排球专项技能基础相同的两个排球选项班,在经过1个学期的教学实验后,虽然排球专项技能水平均有了明显提升,但开展了莫斯顿互惠式教学法的实验班相比开展常规教学的对照班,排球技能测评的成绩更理想,正面双手垫球、正面上手传球、正面上手发球的测评成绩均要显著优于对照班(P<0.05)。从而证实莫斯顿互惠式教学法相比常规体育课堂教学方法促进学生排球技术掌握的效果更好、更显著。

This article used the methods of literature,teaching experiments and mathematical statistics to study the application of the Mosston's reciprocal teaching method in the teaching of elective volleyball courses in colleges and universities,and examined its impact on students'acquisition of volleyball skills.Results showed that,for two elective volleyball classes with the same foundation of special volleyball skills before experiments,after one semester of teaching experiments,their levels of special volleyball skills were significantly improved,but compared with the control class with conventional teaching,the experimental class with the Mosston's reciprocal teaching method achieved better results in the assessment of volleyball skills,and its assessment results of forward two-hand dig,forward overhand pass and forward overhand service were significantly better than those of the control class(P<0.05),which confirmed that compared with the conventional physical education classroom teaching method,the Mosston's reciprocal teaching method has a better and more significant effect on promoting students'mastery of volleyball skills.
