摘要
针对高校公共体育理论教学模式单一的问题,该文构建了应用型高校公共体育理论课程新模式。首先,分析国内外高校公共体育理论课程现状。其次,通过转变传统的教学理念、优化课程教学方法、设定科学的教学目标、积极挖掘体育理论课程资源等内容,设计创新了高校公共体育理论课程的思路。最后,从坚持以学生为主体、培养学生体育核心素养、完善体育理论课程教学体系、健全体育课程评价机制4个角度出发,构建了应用型高校公共体育理论课程新模式。
In order to solve the problem of the single teaching mode for the theory of public physical education in colleges and universities,this article constructs a new model for the theory course of public physical education in applied colleges and universities.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of the theory course of public physical education in colleges and universities at home and abroad.Then,by transforming traditional teaching concepts,optimizing course teaching methods,setting scientific teaching goals and actively exploring the theory course resource of physical education,it designs and innovates ideas for the theory course of public physical education in colleges and universities.Finally,from four perspectives:adhering to taking students as the main body,cultivating students'core physical literacy,improving the teaching system of the theory course of physical education,and improving the evaluation mechanism of physical education courses,it constructs the new model for the theory course of public physical education in applied colleges and universities.
